"Welcome to The Crazy Bowl Cafe to Go ! "

After working as a chef for over 20 years, I decided to start Crazy Bowl Cafe to go catering. It is a one of a kind catering service that will offer a high end fast casual dining experience.
The menu will includes Artisan Salads, International Stir Fry.

My specialty is the "Floribbean": a stir fry with shrimp, fresh veggies, pineapple, and almonds in a homemade coconut curry sauce. All sauces and dressings will be made in house and local fresh ingredients will be used when in season.

I grew up in Rochester, NY and began cooking while in North Carolina in the mid 90's. After moving to the Atlanta, GA area I attended Culinary School at the Art Institute of Atlanta and graduated third in the class. I moved back to Rochester when my first son was born to be closer to family. I worked as a Sous Chef in Rochester for two years before beginning my career as a Production Chef at A local college, and eventually promoted to the Catering Chef position in charge of all events including the Buffalo Bills Training Camp.
In recent years I have had the pleasure of being a single dad. I have two teenage boys who are active in sports, and after practice it is always a challenge to find something healthy and fresh to feed them. Although juggling work and kids can be trying at times, I am opening Crazy Bowl Cafe Catering not only for me, but for them as well.
